1st Blog here it is!

Well here is my first official blog. Satomi finally agrees to add an English version of her blog. I would like to congratulate her! She got a job! Currently, she is still enrolled in a good university, but she will graduate in Dec. What made it unbelievable is that she is a Classical Civilization major. . . That has nothing to do with the job she got, which is working as a translator for NIS (Nippon Ichi Software). At least, what I can think of is strong writing skill is required to work as a translator. NIS is a PS2 game development company and they mainly make RPG games. Here's a link http://nisamerica.com/. A famous title is Phantom Brave and I think all RPG gamers who own PS2 should have that game. Anyway, best wish to her.

Snow!!! To tell the truth, I enjoy skiing and snowboarding and even the weather, but not when I have to shuffle drive way's snow. . . I know I know I'm lazy. Guess what, I parked the car between the drive way and the road in front of my house. I know I know that makes me even lazier haha.

We may have a 3 day skiing/snowboarding trip up Mt. Washington during X'mas. Personally, I prefer to stay up the mount for two nights, because driving back and forth from home to the mount is pain in the ass to do. It is very tiring to get up early to drive 2 to 3 hrs there and drive back after skiing/snowboarding for three days straight. You know I am lazy thus I am lack excersie and I would have a sore ass after the first day of skiing/snowboarding so we are trying to arrange for accomandations to stay. From what I have seen so far, accomandation cost isn't too bad, because we will have more than 6 people going there. Probably will end up at least 9 people going. We will be able to get a big discount on that. Anyway, I will find that out tomorrow.

Mommy is coming to visit us from Taiwan before X'mas break. I am excited for her arrival. Then again, I will have to clean up the house . . . I am lazy. Grrr . . .

Toilet upstair is clogged. Thanks Dave! Next time don't throw in so much toilet paper! Well, we'll have to go buy those thresher thingie to fix it tomorrow before it gets chaotic. You know what I'm talking about. <3

Woot! Last day of school on Monday! But that doesn't change the fact that there is one more paper due and three more finals waiting. . . T.T

Dead or Alive 4 for Xbox 360 is delayed again. FFS release it already! I really wanna play ~>_<~ hmmm hot girls. I think I am becoming an otaku. Actually, I think I already am an otaku. I got so excited when I got my Xbox 360 and I somehow feel sorry for my friends, because they have to live through my xbox 360 excitment lol. But hey, if you are my friend, you should be able to share my excitement right? :)

Lastly, I wanna talk about the anime genshiken. It's a very normal anime and it's so normal that makes the anime special. What the fuck am I talking about . . . Oh, I just watched the first episode before I write this blog and that is my impression so far. Now, I am gonna talk about episode one to give you an idea in next paragraph. It may contain spoiler so you can choose whether to skip it.

It started with an ordinary freshman who went to this university and was looking for a club to join. It seems like he was shy and couldn't decide what to join. Ahhh . . .doesn't that bring back memory? <3 He wanted to join either Manga or Anime club, but somehow he ended up joinning "Society for the Study of Modern Visual Culture." (short form is Genshiken) Serioiusly, who the fuck in the world would use or even remember that long club name? I guess unless you are a member of it, most likely you won't remember it or you'll only remember the short name of it. Then the freshman Sasahara found out the club is all about anime/manga stuff or even hentai games . . . hmmm ero games . . . ^^v Anyway, it's fun to watch and it's very factual. I highly recommand if you are a loser like me go watch it :D
